1. NLI 2015 AGM — Minutes of Meeting. Find page 2, paragraph 3. The FIRST WORD of that paragraph is a username and the LAST WORD is a password.

2. NLI 2014 AGM — Minutes. Find page 3, item 7, paragraph 1. The FIRST WORD of that paragraph is a username and the LAST WORD is a password.

3. NLI 2013 AGM — Minutes. Find page 2, sentence 1. The FIRST WORD of that sentence is a username and the LAST WORD is a password.
