Clearing roads and landNaturist Legacy Inc. took possession of its new land on October 1, 2010. The front part of the property was an overgrown and junk-strewn mess! A small group of members (including my wife and I) immediately went to work. During the next few days we widened the existing road for many hundreds of feet off the highway by removing trees, brush and rocks and then mowing the newly cleared space. A member couple began clearing meadows of tall grass and weeds using their sickle-bar mower. A huge amount of scrap metal and other debris was removed from the land. Two derelict buildings near the front of the property were dismantled and burned. Several trailers and buildings were moved from the old camp to the new property.
